Yes, our Price Promise applies across all of our plans and services. Anytime a customer signs up on a 12 or 24 month term.
Does this apply to both the 12 months and 24 months terms?
Absolutely. Our 100GB rural plan has a 24month term option, which is included in our price promise for the full 24 months.
What happens after my term ends?
After your term ends your plan pricing will be brought in line with our current pricing at the time – if there are any price increases we’ll always be upfront about pricing. You can renew your term if you want to, this will lock your new plan price in for another 12 months, as well as any other benefits on your plan e.g. free router rental.
