Can I get internet at my address?
How long does installation take?

Installation time depends on the type of connection you are getting.
Fibre is usually the quickest – if there’s already fibre at the house, we can order a service and activate a connection within a day (bearing in mind router delivery will add to this timeframe). If a fibre install is needed this will take longer, usually around 7 days but can be longer if consent from neighbours is required. e.g shared driveway).
Rural Wireless Broadband Installation timeframe is up to 14 days, but depending on scheduling it normally around 5 days on average. Our installer will get in touch to arrange a visit time that suits you.
How do you supply internet to the rural community?

We’ve grown up rurally, so we know first-hand how hard it is to get a decent internet connection in the wops!

We’ve set about fixing that for the King Country by investing in establishing rural broadband infrastructure in the region. We’ve built this network from the ground up.

We use a form of radio that bounces from one hilltop site to another, then down into the valleys to connect you, the end customers.
How do I get connected?

Firstly, we need to know where you live.

Then we can figure out if you live in our sweet spot – the geographic areas that we currently service with our own rural broadband, 4G, or fibre broadband.

If you’re in the zone, then chances are we can hook you up, but we’d want to arrange a site visit and conduct a free signal test first to confirm it’s all go. If your signal is blocked by trees, hills or other structures, we might be out of luck.

Once we’ve sussed the best type of connection for you, we make it all happen!
What should I do if my internet goes down?

In the first instance we recommend unplugging and re-starting your router, as this can often solve any minor niggles.

You can also check our status page for any scheduled maintenance or known faults.

If there are no known faults on our network, and your internet is still not working Give us a call! The sooner we know about an issue, the sooner we can get onto identifying and fixing it.

Our rural fixed wireless broadband network currently covers over 3,500 square kilometers of the King Country in Waikato, NZ, with over 90 sites. That’s from Mokau in the south, all the way up through Piopio and Te Kuiti to north of Otorohanga (including the west coast – Kawhia / Taharoa / Marokopa).
