No internet?

  • Reboot Modem

Find the power plug to your modem and remove it for 10 seconds, power the device back on and wait for 2 minutes before trying the internet. If you have no luck call our support desk to get it sorted.

Slow Internet?

  • Check Data Usage

Visit the usage portal and login with your details. If you have run out of data, you can either phone or email the support desk to purchase another data pack.

Phone Issues?
